- Q. What cover do you provide in case of sickness or holiday cover?
- A. All of our technicians have one day a week spare to provide cover. We will endeavour to cover the missed visit with the next available slot. We would also be able to make up lost visits during holidays.
- Q. Have your staff passed the CRB checks?
- A. Yes, all of our staff have up to date CRB checks.
- Q. What qualifications do you have to support my school?
- A. PPTech Ltd has achieved “Affiliated” status with RM’s “Technician Support Scheme”, which means we have taken and passed RM’s qualification exam, to support RM StoreBox, RM CC3 etc systems. All of our technicians have many years experience of supporting a variety of systems in schools.
