Pre-paid
“PrePaid” allows you to plan your budget in advance and attracts a lower cost than the “PayAsYouGo” service.
The schedule is agreed in advance and each visit is 3.5hrs (09:00-12:30 or 13:00-16:30). This type of visit can only be made during term time and as a pre-requisite you would need to agree to use our helpdesk system for logging faults and requests, in addition we strongly recommend having a telephone support contract (curriculum) with RM. If you take your curriculum support with RM, then using PPTech LTD will entitle you to up-to 30% discount, as we are “Affiliated” members of RM’s Technician Support Service.
Pay as you go
“PayAsYouGo” is designed to accommodate unforeseen requirements and to provide a more flexible service, this can be arranged at relatively short notice, in holidays, after-hours or weekends and is provided on a “Best-endeavours” basis.
